Introduction to Image Graphics Techniques
The Ohio State University
Course for non-visual communication design majors to teach the concepts of image representation and manipulation from a designer's perspective. Using Photoshop, students applied course principles by digitally capturing, manipulating, presenting, and critiquing digital images.
For one of their projects, students had to use what was learned in class to create an ad based on an existing ad they selected earlier in the quarter. For this project, students had to provide the original ad and all the original images used to create the final composition.
