The process takes 18 hours, resulting in pink and flavorful ribs and
other meats. The barbecue sauce is outstanding--mild, sweet and tasty
without being full of vinegar. Be sure to order the corn pudding,
a warm, moist casserole of cornbread mix, corn and butter.
